Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use French Drain McKinney, including its informational pages, phone number, and project request form.
Informational and matching service
French Drain McKinney provides general educational information and a free way to request possible contact from an independent drainage contractor. We are not a contractor, engineer, architect, inspector, insurer, or government authority. Submitting a request does not guarantee a match, response, appointment, inspection, estimate, price, or project outcome.
Independent contractor relationship
Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. They alone are responsible for credentials, insurance, inspections, recommendations, pricing, scheduling, permits, contracts, work, safety, warranties, and legal compliance. You are responsible for evaluating a contractor and deciding whether to hire them.
Content is not project advice
Site content is general information and may not fit your property. Drainage design depends on elevations, water sources, soils, utilities, structures, easements, discharge locations, and applicable city, MUD, HOA, and other requirements. Obtain an on-site assessment and verify current requirements before making project decisions.
Acceptable use and submissions
You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide and not to misuse the site, submit false requests, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to abuse the service. Do not submit sensitive financial, medical, government identification, login, or payment information.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and matching service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that content is complete or error-free, that a contractor will be available, or that a contractor's services will meet your needs.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, French Drain McKinney is not responsible for decisions, agreements, acts, omissions, property damage, delays, disputes, injuries, losses, or costs arising from an independent contractor or from reliance on general site content. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update the site or these terms. The revision date above shows when these terms were last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
